How do I request a repair or replacement?
If your watch requires a repair, please contact our customer support team with your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
If your timepiece is still under warranty, repairs for eligible manufacturing defects will be carried out free of charge. For issues outside the warranty coverage, we will provide a service quotation before proceeding with any repair work.
Please ensure the watch is securely packaged before shipping it to our designated service centre.
Do your watches come with a warranty? How long is it valid?
Yes, all our watches come with a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, the battery, screw crown, or normal wear and tear (such as scratches or strap aging).

What is your return or exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14 day return policy from receiving your order. Due to the high demand for our products, we do not provide exchanges.
To qualify for a return, the watch must be in its original, unworn condition, with all protective packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please click the link provided and complete the return form. Once the form has been signed and submitted, we will review your request and contact you at the email address you provided.
Please note that shipping costs for returns may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been inspected and approved.
How should I care for and maintain my watch to ensure longevity?
To preserve the appearance and performance of your watch, we recommend the following care and maintenance guidelines:
• Regular Cleaning: Gently wipe your watch with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust, sweat, and fingerprints. Avoid using solvents or harsh chemicals.
• Water Exposure: Even if your watch is water-resistant, avoid prolonged exposure to saltwater, hot water, or steam (such as in showers or saunas). Always ensure the crown is fully secured before contact with water.
• Magnetism & Shocks: Keep your watch away from strong magnetic fields and avoid dropping or striking it against hard surfaces.
• Servicing: For optimal performance, have your watch professionally serviced every 3–5 years by an authorized service centre.
• Storage: When not in use, store your watch in a cool, dry place, ideally in its original box or a watch case to protect it from dust and scratches.
