Arrange your pick-up or drop-off with DHL Express by following the steps provided in this return portal, and ensure you print the return label, return note, and commercial invoice.
Please place the unused product in its original packaging, ensuring that the return note is included.
Seal the outer carton securely, affix the printed return label, and hand the package to the carrier along with the commercial invoice.
The Refund
All approved unused returned products will be reimbursed in the original currency and via the same payment method used for the purchase. Each returned item will undergo a quality evaluation conducted by our watchmaking experts. Items that do not meet the return policy requirements will be declined and returned to the customer. You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your return.
