RETURN & REFUND

General 

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your  watch. Due to the high demand for our products, we do not provide exchanges. 

To qualify for a return, the watch must be in the same condition as when it was received: unworn or  unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase, as  well as the Serial Number and Authenticity Number, are also required. 

To initiate a return, please click the link provided and complete the return form. Once the form has  been signed and submitted, we will review your request and contact you at the email address you  provided.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed  instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that any watches returned without  prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the watch is defective,  damaged or if you received the wrong watch, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Our Refund Policy and International Guarantee do not apply to the following: 

  • Damage resulting from accidents. 
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, negligence, insufficient care, or acts of nature.
  • Damage arising from unauthorized repairs, as well as issues related to the battery, screw down crown, or normal wear and tear (including scratches or strap aging). 
  • Repairs required due to water damage. All watches are tested prior to shipment, and it is the  customer’s responsibility to ensure that the screw-down crown is fully secured before any  exposure to water. Waldo Watches is not liable for water damage resulting from an  improperly closed crown. 
  • Any damage resulting from unauthorized servicing or alterations to the watch.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, strap aging, and blemishes associated with regular use.

Terms and Conditions of a Return 

We are confident that you will enjoy your Waldo watch as much as we do. However, should you  decide to change your mind for any reason, we are pleased to offer a full refund within 14 days,  provided that all conditions outlined in our Refund Policy are met. 

  • All goods must be unworn and in resalable condition. The product must not be defective or  used by the customer and must include all original parts and accessories, as well as the  original packaging and tags. 
  • We reserve the right to decline a return if the items received are damaged or if any of the  conditions outlined in our Refund Policy are not met. 
  • Please clearly indicate the reason for the return on the return form. 
  • Returns will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the watch.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear on your bank statement, as processing times vary  between financial institutions. 
  • All approved, unused returned products will be reimbursed in the original currency and via  the same payment method used for the purchase. If more than 15 business days have passed  since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@waldowatches.com
